No monthly fixed fee
does not charge a monthly subscription, fixed fee or setup fee. You only pay a percentage of each request and/or order that guests place through the app — nothing for games, chat, or guests browsing without ordering.
10% of each app order
Example: a guest orders a drink for 50.00 ₪ — we charge the venue 5.00 ₪ (10% of 50.00 ₪).
Monthly billing via Paddle
Order commissions are invoiced monthly through www.Paddle.com. There are no other periodic or fixed platform charges — no per-table fee, no per-guest fee, and no hidden add-ons.
Worried about abuse?
End users and tables are rate-limited by default — meaning your guests cannot harass your staff with too many requests or orders.
Still worried?
As the venue owner, admin, or staff member, you can easily rate-limit and block those annoying tables' guests — or even a specific guest. This service is made for you as much as it is for your guests.
Stop anytime
You can stop the service at any time from your Super Admin settings. When you unregister, billing stops and your table QR stickers become permanently unusable — guests who scan an old sticker will see that the code is no longer valid and will not be able to use it in any way.
